A fourth generation Brockville area native, Doug has a deep familiarity and love of region that has deepened over the course of more than 30 years serving the Real Estate needs of area residents. Outgoing and warm, Doug is widely recognized for his friendly approach and refreshingly open communication style. In addition to his qualifications as a Real Estate Sales Representative, Doug has held his designation as a Broker for over 25 years and his MVA (Market Value Appraisal) Residential designation, a highly respected designation for Real Estate professionals with expert knowledge of local markets and comprehensive education in the field of residential appraisal, for over 20 years. Doug also has a great deal of experience, and considers himself somewhat of an expert, in the area of relocation having worked closely with many individual clients, who have transferred into or out of the Region as well as along list of corporate clients including Proctor & Gamble, Shell, Dupont and 3M among others.

A former member of the Ontario Provincial Police and a long-time member of the local farming community, in addition to his work in Real Estate, Doug’s ties in the Region are wide and deep. Dianne secured her real estate license in 1981 and has been working in Real Estate, both independently with national brands and alongside her husband as part of his independent brokerage, ever since.
